General Terms and Conditions 

VALIDITY OF AGREEMENT
1. Initially a contract will remain in force for a period of one year from the date of its Validation, on expiry of the same, it may be extended by means of mutual understanding with us.

MODE OF PAYMENTS.
2. Monthly payment of a bill are to be made in full by the seventh day of respective months. No part payment of monthly bills will be accepted by us, except in some special cases - after a mutual understanding between us.

PERSONNEL REPALCEMENT.
3. In case any of our personnel proceeds on leave or fall sick etc., we shall replace him at our own cost.

TRANSFER OF PERSONNEL.
4. We reserve the rights of changing/ transferring any personnel of our unit, if necessary.

LIABILITY.
5. No financial transaction should be made made with our security personnel and we shall hold no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by our personnel if the same will be outside the purview of our responsibilities - which was assigned to us by means of an agreement.

UNION ACTIVITY.
6. Our personnel are neither members of any Trade Union nor they are likely to take part in any union activities.

EQUIPMENTS.
7. The principal employer shall provide necessary accessories like Batteries, Torches, Lanterns etc. to the security personnel while performing duty.

ACCOMMODATION.
8. In order to minimize complications, principal employer is required to provide free accommodation to the security personnel within the assigned place/nearby. This will avoid any possibility of developing intimacy by undesired elements with our security personnel. Separate accommodation for the personnel above the rank of supervisor is preferable. Working together maintains discipline, co-ordination, and sense of collective work, it also might help in other form of additional duty.

GUARD'S DUTY.
9. Out of seven days in a week, each guard or Supervisor shall perform his duty for six working days by eight working hours per day basis. One day in a week will be considered as rest day.

RATE.
10. Please confirm respective rates for providing security services by our personnel -ranks of which are given below. The rates are subject to review as per fluctuation of commodities as well as other utilities related to cost of living. (A) Sr. Officer (ex-servicemen).

(B) Security Supervisor.
(i) Ex-service men.
(ii) Civilian.

(C) Security Guards.
(i) Ex-service men.
(ii)Civilian.

(D) Gunmen.
(i) Ex-Army.
(ii) Civilian.

(E) Lift men or Sweeper.

(F) Office Staffs.
(i) Clerk.
(ii) Typist.
(iii) Peon.

(G) Para-medical staffs.

SERVICE CHARGES.
11. A 10% as service charge will be added to the total rated amounts in respective monthly bills.

OUTSTATION DUTY.
12. In case of an outstation duty, both -up & down traveling expenses along with incidental expenses will have to be borne by the principal employer to the personnel.
